DARING Bags
DARING Bags is a mission driven female-owned brand selling high-end fashion handbags. Designed to empower women, DARING's mission is to educate their audience and promote women’s rights by donating a percentage of profits to organizations that stand with the same values. Starting my position as lead graphic designer a few months before the Daring launch, I developed the illustrative design style and visual language for the brand.

Product Development and Swag
After establishing Daring’s organic feminine illustrative style, I created illustrations that can be used for products sold on the Daring website. Following and researching trends within our targeted audience, I created illustrated prints and patterns that can be used on products such as framed art prints, t-shirt graphics, and more.
Social Media & Advertisements
The illustration style is also used for the Daring social media to show how our values stand with women’s rights. Instagram posts require research on women’s rights topics, reference mood boards, concept development, copy writing, and illustration. Advertisement designs are photo and layout based.
Website & E-Commerce
Illustrations, typography, and images are used to create compelling graphic elements for the Daring website. Designed graphics for advertising sales and products, email newsletters, blogs, mission statement, and more.
Email Newsletters
Email designs that are targeted to our mobile audience. Email newsletters are used to promote individual products, sale promotions, and creating a consistent relationship with our audience.
Photography
Studio flatlays and model photography of handbags and swag products created for website and social media. Photos required creative direction, lighting manipulation, set design, photo retouching, and editing.
